Project Manager

Full-time, 40-60 hours/week
Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of project assignments which may include multiple facilities in different geographical locations or more extensive and complicated projects which may occur over an extended period of time in multiple phases. Ensures that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Assists in developing and building client relationships to obtain additional projects.


Reviews project proposals to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project. Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arranges assignment of project personnel. Confers with senior project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. As appropriate, communicates with and works closely with appropriate personnel from Sales and Operations to leverage services and assure maximum sales activity and cross selling efforts as appropriate. Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required. Prepares project reports for management, client, or others. Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems. Conducts on site inspections and prepares initial manpower plan for approval. Works with other vendors/subcontractors to ensure coordination of activities. Provides regular summary of business development activities to sales management, develops revenue forecasts for vertical market, and prepares various reports summarizing account activity. Establishes and maintains on-going client relationships and works with various contacts to anticipate and resolve challenges and customer service issues associated with specific projects. Maintains project files and computes billing. Monitors company-owned equipment and inventory. Performs other duties as requested, directed or assigned within the scope of the job


  • Some travel, including overnight/evening/weekend work

Accounts Payable Specialist

Full-time Office position
Enter approved invoices into Quickbooks, cut and mail vendor payments weekly. Reconcile accounts monthly for missing bills, credits, etc. Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status. Maintain vendor COI binders. File vendor bills. Assist with end of the month closing. Assist with benefit administration (Medical, dental, life, etc.). Issue P.O.s to internal customers. Perform payroll functions as a backup to the Finance Administrator. Create a monthly commissions spreadsheet. Maintain employee files. Help answer phones, open and distribute mail, maintain office equipment.


  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office package, especially Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Technical Service Rep (TSR)

Part-time, as-needed basis

  • Disconnect, pack, move, reconnect and test customer computers, phones, etc.
  • Basic computer disconnect/reconnect experience
Furniture Installer

Assemble/Disassemble new and existing systems furniture and woodsets.
Job Requirements:

  • carpentry knowledge
  • own tools (drill and tips, measuring tape, pry bar, etc.)
  • some travel including overnight/weekend/evening work
  • Valid driver’s license
  • ability to pass a drug screen and background check
  • effective communication skills
